New Worldwide Intellectual Property Litigation Database

On September 24, 2020, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) launched the new WIPO Lex-Judgments database, where you can get free access to the most important court decisions around the world in the field of intellectual property.
The WIPO Lex-Judgments database provides access to the most weighty and precedent court decisions, and its use helps ordinary citizens, lawyers, and courts to obtain the necessary information, as well as strengthen justifications, find coincidences and differences in solving national cases on the protection of intellectual property.
The WIPO Lex-Judgments database contains over 400 documents from 10 countries. The database interface is available in Arabic, English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian and French.
