Trademark certificate extension
In Ukrainian and international law, the validity of a trademark is ten years from the date of application.
At the same time, the owner of the trademark may extend the validity of the Certificate every 10 years with a mandatory payment of state fees.
For interest, we compare the amount of the fee in Ukraine and in the EU countries.
Before talking about the protection of the right to a trademark, such a right must be obtained and have documentary evidence of their rights. Such confirmation is a certificate for a mark for goods and services (trademark).
